Blot any overly wet spots with a paper towel. Use a little more water on the paintbrush to keep moving the paint around until the basket is completely covered.

After sharing our kitchen progress yesterday (which is a bit of a challenge), I’m thrilled to share this cool and eclectic DIY wall art for our master bedroom! I must admit that I was concerned the strips would not be able to hold the weight of the baskets, but it has been six months and everything has remained perfectly in place. Be sure to place firm pressure on the basket, against the wall, for about one minute. Simply place one of the strips on the back of the basket and another on the wall. I basically just winged it, and began by centering the largest basket and moving on from my center point with the smaller baskets. Even if you are not particularly into boho style, I have noticed basket wall decor making its way into coastal and farmhouse design. In the realm of boho decor, basket gallery walls are, without a doubt, the happening craze.
